Scope of correspondence
We do not answer questions concerning individual investment decisions, of the kind “should I buy gold now?”. A recommendation concerning a financial instrument, addressed to an identified person and presented as suitable for that person, constitutes investment advice within the meaning of the Polish Act of 29 July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments. That is an activity requiring authorisation from the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), which we do not hold.
Torodeo is not an investment firm, does not carry on brokerage activity and is not supervised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. We publish only materials addressed to an unidentified group of recipients. The nature of that content is described on the Legal disclaimer page.
