Nature of the published content
Content published on the Service is informational and educational in nature. It comprises market data, technical indicator readings, technical levels derived from historical data, information about market events and educational materials.
It does not constitute an investment recommendation within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, nor investment advice within the meaning of the Polish Act of 29 July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments. The service provider neither suggests nor proposes any investment strategy and does not indicate the timing of a transaction or entry and exit levels.
Torodeo is not an investment firm, does not carry on brokerage activity and is not supervised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF).
Investment decisions are taken by the User independently and at the User's own risk.
The reservations set out in this document also apply to content published by the service provider outside the Service, in particular on social media services.
Data and how current it is
- Market data comes from third parties and may be presented with a delay, the length of which depends on the source and the instrument. It should not be treated as a settlement source or as a basis for entering into transactions in real time.
- We take care in selecting and processing the data, but we do not guarantee its completeness, accuracy or timeliness. An interruption in access to a source may delay publication or cause it to be omitted.
- Technical levels and indicator readings result from the analysis of historical data. Past performance is no guarantee of future results.
- Arguments presented as favouring a rise or a fall are opinions and are marked as such. They are not a forecast or an announcement of an event.
Content generated by artificial intelligence
The reservations below concern that part of the materials in the creation of which artificial intelligence tools were used. They do not mean that every material on the Service was produced in this way.
Where graphic, audio or visual material generated or modified by artificial intelligence reproduces existing persons, objects, places or events in a manner capable of appearing to be an authentic record, information about its artificial origin is placed directly within that material.
Textual materials may be created and edited with the help of automation tools, including artificial intelligence systems. Every text undergoes editorial review before publication, and responsibility for publication rests with the service provider.
Risk
Investing in financial markets carries the risk of losing part or all of the capital invested. The value of financial instruments fluctuates, and commodity prices depend on factors that cannot be predicted: weather, political decisions and chance events.
The scale of that risk depends on the instrument the investor uses, not on the commodity itself. Leveraged instruments, including contracts for difference (CFDs) and futures, are complex and carry a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. With some of them the loss may exceed the amount paid in as margin. They are not suitable for every retail investor.
Torodeo does not provide such instruments, does not maintain investment accounts and does not act as an intermediary in concluding transactions. Information about the risk specific to a given platform, including the percentage of retail accounts that lose money, is published by that platform's provider. It should be read before opening an account.
Before taking an investment decision, consider whether the way the instrument works is clear to you and whether the risk of losing the funds is one you can bear. In case of doubt, a licensed investment adviser is the right place to turn.
Liability
The service provider is not liable for investment decisions taken by the User on the basis of content published on the Service. The above neither excludes nor limits the liability of the service provider to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is impermissible under mandatory provisions of law, in particular liability for damage caused intentionally.
